Topic of the 2018 trade conference: “The digital society – added value for trade and industry”

5. December 2017

Every year, the Symposium on Fine Food + Drink inspires its participants with red-hot topics and top speakers. The programme in 2018 builds on last year’s topic, “Cross-channel food. The future began yesterday!”, and goes one step further: “The digital society – added value for trade and industry”. The digital society has major impacts on retailers and manufacturers: new business models arise, innovative food concepts revolutionalise the market, and the dividing line between distribution channels become increasingly blurred. The 2018 trade conference will tackle these issues. Reputable industry insiders and digitisation experts present their successful concepts and cover all current trends in the food industry. Participants will be made familiar with innovative strategies that help to successfully respond to changes in the world of consumers.
